I currently have a Jura E6 and I’m considering replacing it with a Sage Bambino Plus + Eureka Mignon Specialità setup.

My partner thinks I’m completely crazy for wanting to swap a fast, hassle-free machine for something that’s slower and more work… all for maybe 10% better coffee. 😅

What do you guys think?
