So I was putting off Tier 5 oil production for so long since it takes an INSANE amount of resources… well I am now ready to give it a shot! Can someone tell me the proper way to set up a small oil mining base? And what machines do I need down in the desert area on Olympus.
I am an avid Icarus player on PC & i absolutely love the game however I didn’t realize what good of a system you truly needed to run it. My computer runs it but on incredibly low graphics. I hate that. Is there anything I can do to be able to play a little less laggy on my subpar gaming laptop lol I can’t afford a better one right now.
I left the specs & details of my laptop so you all can see and hopefully give me a little more insight one what I can do.
I recently started breeding my wolves on the Olympus map & everything was going great! However one mission, I sent my pups back down from orbit to me in the desert & I ended up losing them. No death marker, no nothing… except a random steam achievement saying “your pet crosses the rainbow road” or something like that… like WHAT!? They had great perks & talents! And genes. How did they just die to low level boars & cougars?! 2 of my “murder mutts” haha I called them that since they were savages. Anyways, it also happened to me in the Arctic biome with a new Moa. I was keeping my close eye on it & then POOF!? Gone. No where to be seen again. Anyone else experiencing this? It sucks lol
