Riot buffed the active cds for shurelya’s and locket but seemed to forget about Mikael’s insane cooldown. Even when the cleanse would be super useful I find myself unable to buy it because I can only use it once ever 3 teamfights.

On SR when teamfights are infrequent a long cooldown makes sense because meaningful cc is much more infrequent and important. But in aram fights are happening all the time and when the item is on cooldown it is providing super little value.
