What happens to other communities that don’t align with the chosen faction’s Utopia
I know in the FP2 tips it says that “factions dissolve and join the dominant faction” but does that just mean factions or does that mean communities as well?
I’m going to use this to create a wretched Technocratic Dystopia >:)
