I use my phone and laptop to cast to my LG tv daily since the build in web browser is just terrible and lately the lag has been really annoying me.. is there a solution for this problem?

I've been thinking of something like a chromecast device thingy but i honestly know nothing about them or if it would even fix anything... I'm willing to spend money

Me and my friend have tickets for Brussels on the 9th, we really want to buy some merch but don't know what's a good time is to arrive.. We have assigned seating, so that's no problem.
