is whatnot down?

I am using the Uk website and i made a purchase from a seller i am always watching, and it randomly kicked me out and i cant log into whatnot on any of my devices, i have no clue if i have been shadow banned or if whatnot has gone down.

ive already had to wait over a week to dispute it, because the seller got banned and I already knew after seeing them get banned that I was never going to see my order. now it is telling me to wait even longer so was wondering what is the best option to do, as I dont really want to do a chargeback as I use whatnot fairly often and don’t want to get my card blacklisted.
