List of Free & Freemium API Providers

Hey everyone!
I know we're always on the lookout for good, cheap, or free APIs for SillyTavern. While researching, I stumbled upon BlazeAI, a provider offering free access to a wide selection of models, with a generous 1000 RPM limit. Some of the standout models available: DeepSeek-V4-Flash, Kimi-K2.5, MiniMax-M2.1/2.5/27-highspeed, and the real treat - Claude-Opus-4.5. >!(Well, at least at the time of writing this post)!<
Because I've been testing a lot of these services lately, I decided to compile everything into a single, easy-to-read table on Rentry.
What you’ll find in the table:
- Free Providers: Zydit, NVIDIA NIM, Groq, Google AI Studio, Cerebras, Airforce, and more.
- Freemium Providers: Like Agent Router (gives $100-$225 just for registering), SambaNova Cloud, CrowAI.
- Info: Direct Base URLs you can copy-paste, exact RPM/RPD limits, and the registration they require (email, phone verification, GitHub account, etc.).
