Question if one passes away Son and later a provider or hospital send bills after death.. but the one person is deceased now can they sue me to get the percentage to pay the medical debt…. Affidavit of Death was done …. California.. he doesn’t have an estate he was basically homeless.. but he racked over 100k in debt but no lien were ever placed when he was alive..
