Has anyone here recovered from social anxiety? If so, which medicine helped you?

I am Currently on 150mg Effexor XR.

Day 5 on Venlafaxine and Bupropion 75mg.

Hi I am Social anxiety patient for over 8 Years from Last 2 Years i Started Treatment but no Medicine Helped me I tried Many Medicines from Last 2 moths i tried Paraxotine but 0 effect on me and i now i am on Venalax 37.5 and it's my 4th day i am still hoping i will do much for my social Anxiety.
