How do you handle periods in ballet? I’ve been using tampons but I somehow always manage to leak onto my tights or leotard. how are discs and cups in dance classes?

How do people handle periods in college? I’m starting my freshmen year of college this fall. I’ll be staying in a dorm shared with 1 roommate. The dorms have communal bathrooms, however, the room does have a sink for me and my roommate to share. The building I’m in is separated by gender so it will only be girls and it has a laundry room I can use if I pay for it. I’m seeking advice on how to handle periods while in college. What do people do if they bleed on there clothes and how are people handling using reusable period products like underwear, cups, and discs in college? Any advice for periods in college?
