Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on a dark horror concept with strong Lovecraftian and existential themes, and I’d love to get your honest feedback.

Tone is similar to A24/Netflix adult dark genre work — slow-burn, cosmic dread, and focused on the collapse of human nature.

I’m still refining the core idea and visual symbolism, and I’d really appreciate thoughts on:

• Does the high-concept blend of cosmic horror + existentialism feel fresh?

• Is this kind of dark, atmospheric tone something you’d want to watch?

• Any feedback on the premise, mood, or potential plot directions?

A little about me: I graduated from Emerson College (Media Art Production) and hold multiple master’s offers in film and creative industries from SVA, SAIC, Griffith, and Monash University.

I’m here as a creator looking for genuine critique, not pitching or selling anything.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
