I have bunch of smaller mushrooms, can i harvest the big one, wait for little ones to grow and once everething stops growing i restart growing (remove all small heads and soak in water....)

Also, should i harvest big ones now, or wait till veil brakes?
Also how long until pores start falling when veil brakes, like how much time do i have to harvest after veil brakes?
