Wife's devasted
Wife's LMC was 13th march 2026. Did USG on 8th week. There should be a heartbeat by now, the operator didn't find any, then she inserted the probe through Vagina, still no sign of heartbeat.
The doctor says, this is a missed miscarriage. Advised us to drop the babies. We are still considering a 2nd opinion.

USG OF PREGNANCY PROFILE
Uterus is gravid containing two small fetuses.
CRL-A : 1.5 cm, corresponds to 07 wks 06 day.
CRL-B : 1.6 cm, corresponds to 08 wks 00 day.
Fetal heart pulsation : No definite cardiac pulsation is seen yet in either fetus.
Adnexal region: Normal in both sides.
E.D.D: 25-12-2026.
\*\*\* A mixed echogenic cystic lesion (1.2 x 1.1 cm) is noted in gestational sac adjacent to chorionic plate.
Comment :Suggestive of Early twin pregnancy of 08+ weeks with? Sub chorionic hematoma
Adv: Follow up after 02 weeks.
