please help... Grid-like pattern in the background of my screen on my Toshiba 27A43 CRT TV ?

I know that it is not visible in the photo I've attached, but I need some help .. I am new to CRT TV's. This one was my grandparents, and I remember spending many long hours watching and playing video games on this, back in the day. I just recently retrieved it from the family storage unit 100 miles away from my home.

For some reason, there is a grid in the background of the TV picture on the screen. My mother said that she may have messed something up on the service menu. I am just so lost, and feeling so defeated. Nothing online is showing me any definitive way to fix this...

Can anyone help me find the old "jelly babies" stuffed animals from the early 2000s that I'm remembering?

Back in 2002 or so, my family took me to a higher end toy store in Palo Alto CA, and bought me 2 stuffed animal toys. They were tigers, one was white and one orange, and they were laying on their tummies. The unique thing about them was that their abdomens were filled with water, and they had a pink heart on the stomach that something like "jelly babies" written on it. I can't remember exactly what it said. My problem is that I can't find these guys ANYWHERE on the Internet! If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please let me know 🙂
