Outgroup F3 Neolithic Affinities

I calculated outgroup F3s for the major neolithic sources relevant to myself. I did two runs, one with a deep african group and the other with a deep asian group to assess how outgroup selection affects the measurement. I've attached my neolithic model for reference.

Using f3(O,A,B) as the template, outgroup F3s measure the shared genetic drift between populations A and B relative to outgroup O. A strength that F3 has over FST and F2 is that it measures shared drift rather than total differentiation, so any drift unique to either populations A or B that occurred post separation does not affect the measurement.

Curious if others have done this and your interpretation of the results.

Syrian.HO PCA/qpAdm

7 syrian samples from the AADR HO dataset. They seem to carry some arabian admixture as natufian is higher than average and anatolian is lower than average.

Mesopotamia PPN PCA/qpAdm

Mesopotamia PPN is a combination of the 2 Iraq_PPNA samples and the highest coverage Turkey_Southeast_Mardin_PPN sample.

Sample information:

I6445.AG, Nemrik9 (Duhok), 8000-9500 BCE, 287k snps, 23% cov

I8432.AG, Boncuklu Tarla (Mardin), 8500-9000 BCE, 142k snps, 11% cov

I6457.AG, Nemrik9 (Duhok), 8000-9500 BCE, 66k snps, 5% cov

The coverage is poor on all samples but these are the best representations of Neolithic Mesopotamians we have right now.
