First it was an incorrect birthday (may have been my fault initially but I always have my husband check everything before I pay). Took 2 calls to finally correct the issue. Next when I went to check in, they changed me to an earlier flight (I have a global entry appointment scheduled after the new flight leaves) that had no business class (we paid for business). That also took 2 calls to fix after getting yelled at by the customer service rep for not noticing a change of flight email sent the day after Christmas. We have nothing but issues with this flight. I don't often fly American but is this a common issue?
