I am expecting model Y delivery this week. I was assigned a reg number last week however, it’s not on the DVLA database yet which means I cannot finalise my insurance yet.
Any idea when Tesla puts the reg number on the DVLA database? Thanks

Hi everyone,
I am brand new to the Tesla world with a Model Y, but I am already running into the classic London charging headache.
I live in West Dulwich (Lambeth Council), and like most properties around here, I have no off-street parking. Lambeth strictly bans cross-pavement cables/gullies under any circumstances, so home installation is completely out.
The closest on-street option is a char.gy lamppost right outside my door. However, their rates are pretty steep: 59p/kWh during the day, dropping to 39p/kWh for their "Night Saver" window (midnight to 7 AM).
The crazy thing is that my nearest Supercharger is about 20 minutes away in Croydon (Purley Way), and the off-peak rate there drops to around 22p/kWh. It is literally almost half the price for me to drive to Croydon and rapid charge for 25 minutes than it is to use the low-power lamppost on my own street.
While Croydon is a great backup, making that trip multiple times a week isn't always practical.
For those of you living in South London without a driveway:
Are there any hidden roaming app workarounds or discount stacks to get that char.gy rate lower? (I've looked into the Octopus Electroverse 8% discount, but even at ~36p, it's still way higher than the Supercharger).
Are there any other cheap rapid hubs or networks hidden around the South Circular/Dulwich area that I should look out for?
