Does this exist? HELP WANTED!
I’ve been listening to fictional audiobooks for YEARS. What I keep wishing existed is slightly different: an app where I put in a route my actual commute, a walk somewhere new, a long drive and it plays an immersive fictional story (horror, noir, mystery, whatever) that's actually woven through the real places I'm passing. Not facts-about-landmarks tour-guide stuff, and not a generic audiobook I could listen to anywhere a story that knows where I am and uses it.
Closest I've found are authored ones tied to specific cities (StoryTourist, Walking Plays) which are great but only exist for a handful of places. Has anyone come across something that works for any route? 🧐
Also, not tech savvy so maybe it’s impossible but thought I’d ask in case anyone has come across anything.
