Witr prayer

Assalamualykum,
I wanted to ask if I can pray my tahajjud before my witr later in the night. I know I can pray witr later but I read somewhere the prophet (saw) mentioned that witr should be the last prayer of the night. So can I do tahajjud then witr ?
Jazakallah

Edit : guys I have an exam in Wednesday please make dua i get a good grade for it. It’s my last university exam. Inshallah inshallah Allah gives me good grades for this one!

Prayer

Assalamualaykum,
I am a woman who lives alone. Recently, when I pray maghrib/isha/fajr (when it’s dark) I get scared. I’m not sure why because during the day I am totally fine but late in the night when it gets dark I’m scared and feel like something is watching me. I’ve tried everything aka keeping lights on, keeping Quran playlists playing on a small speaker as background noise. What else can I do. I dont feel fear until it’s dark outside. I’ve sprayed my room with water that has been read on and it still feels very eerie.
I’m not asking for a reason just how do I stop feeling like this, it disrupts my concentration during salah. Everyday I ask Allah for forgiveness and protection.
Jazakallah.
