We live in a place that has like 2 proper brokers who are captive and most LL sell through them. I feel it creates an asymmetry and dependency. So maybe a noob question but if you want to sell a place or rent out ( rent > 40k ) without handling calls yourself what’s the best way to find a reliable broker to do it ?
Looks like the GLP1 craze has taken over all big cities. I even know of someone using it for maintenance rather than actual weight loss.
I recently went to Agra and it looks like some of the doctors there have started to get into this but the common man still doesn’t know that they have the option to buy Weightloss assistance at basically 1500 per month now.

So I have a large chunk of my equity wealth in US based brokerage account due to employer RSU. My brokerage also allows me to sell employer stocks and buy US stocks. I will be selling a large chunk with long term gains of 12.5% + surcharge.
Confused shall I buy an apartment in Bangalore to claim 54F (it’s large enough sum for this to apply) or shall I just pay tax and reinvest in S&P500 — not sure what’s a better way to do it given USD to INR performance.
Any thoughts ?
