I need advice on attaching a jerry can to a side rack bar

So I've got the xitomer side racks and a generic jerry can mount. I've gone to lowes to look for something like a p-clamp or something but I feel like I'm banging my head against the wall. Anyone have some advice on how I could attach this to the bars?
