Hi everyone,

Has anyone set up a Pvt Ltd company solely for investing and F&O trading?

I have seen a few videos claiming that this is a better structure for handling larger capital, but I am confused about the NBFC license aspect. Since most of the capital infusion would likely come as a director/shareholder loan, I want to understand how people are handling this in practice.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who is actually using a company setup for trading purposes.
