I got rained on today.

It could have been a bad thing. It could have wrecked my mood. But it made me reflect with gratitude that I had spent most of my day dry. In fact, most of the week and month had been dry. So I could have been bitter and scowled for the inconvenience of being wet but instead I thought about the plants and the waterways and how they were likely relieved to be nourished after a long dry May.

Hi all, I made a virtual gratitude jar I'd like to share 🫠

Like most people, I've been really focused on questions like "what can I do better?" Or "how can I be more efficient?" And this mindset hasn't allowed me to applaud the moments where I DID achieve. So originally I had a gratitude jar on my kitchen counter but it just accumulated more dust than anything..... so I decided to make r/gratitudejar instead as a place to recognize the daily successes so we can applaud them together! 😊

Hope this post is welcome here 😅

It's the first community I've made so any help/feedback is welcome!
