Air space payment issue advice.
So I’ve been driving a sprinter van for couple of months now and I was making a decent amount deliveries for 500 to 700 dollars.
However recently I changed my vehicle type from Sedan to Van, after doing the change all my deliveries are only paying for the weight and not the mileage or delivery partner fees, I’ve disputed multiple times on every delivery I did however they never gave a proper response, I kept on calling emailing and constantly badgering for them to fix the issue but no solution, today I got this email from them.
They say there’s nothing they can do however it’s clearly an error from their side.
I have over 30 delivery’s don’t without driver fees paid only the weight fee.
Will be possible for me to take legal action against this ?
