Any advice? (Seam allowance)

Hi everyone! I’m beginning sewing and although I’ve done it in the past, it’s always gone poorly.

But there is one garment that I absolutely love. It fits wonderfully and I always feel confident in it. Due to my constant use of it, it’s getting old and they don’t sell this shirt anymore. I’ve been watching videos on how to replicate a garment and sew a new one, but for this particular shirt, the seam allowance is a bit tricky in the bust area. (Due to the “scrunching effect” since it’s a knit tie shirt)

Does anyone have any advice on how I can map this out? I’m thinking of pivoting and trying to make the shirt without the scrunch, but that’s what makes it look so good on me. Sorry if this comes off as obvious but I truly have no idea 💔
