
Just spent the last 8 weeks making a roblox game with my best friend

My friend and I are new to this space but have hit the ground running and have made a game that we are pretty proud of. Our playtesters have given very positive feedback and even played the game for hours beyond the initial playtest.
However, in spite of this, our metrics have been (mildly) disappointing after around $500 in ad spend (3 weeks post-release):
Average playtime: 9.0 mins (29th)
D1: 2.95% (4th)
D7: 0.83% (48th)
Payer conversion rate: 0.12% (22nd)
ARPPU: 114.4 (67th)
qPTR: 0.81% (27th)
The first 10 days we worked day and night to improve things and we saw very rapid results in our funnel data and the metrics, but the last couple weeks our changes have basically had no effect and even slightly negative, even though they made the game a lot "better" in our opinion. We are very dedicated and are in it for the long haul but we are not sure how to proceed from this point.
If you would be willing to try it out, or even give general advice we would be super greatful! Negative feedback is welcome of course
