I just got this jacket and was wondering what people think of the quality of it? Like it’s only a light rain/winter jacket?

I’ve been wanting to buy this belt for over a year, but I haven’t been able to find it on sale. I also haven’t had any luck finding it secondhand. I love this belt, but I’m not sure I want to pay the current retail price.
