The 33% really pisses me off

I was looking for a particular episode when i saw the RT score. 33%? You kidding me? This show is always being disrespected

Question. In season 1 episode 9 Doug meets Ray apparently for the first time at the DMV. But didn't they meet earlier when they were showing Carrie and Doug in the woods camping and they met Ray who was lost or something?

Was Deacon overqualified for IPS? He went to college and served in the Army and National Guard. There is no way he couldn't have gotten a higher-paying job than Douglas

To every long haired KoQ fan…

Be honest, how much would it take for you to sell your hair?

Do you think you’d look cute, like Jamie Lee Curtis? Or would you look sassy, just like Carrie?

What were the writers thinking with Arthur in the episode "Strike Out"?

First, at the restaurant, he tells Carrie to make out with Kelly.

Then, in Doug and Carrie's bedroom, when Carrie walks out in her bra, Arthur tells her that he's seen better breasts.

He was a dirty, incestuous old man in this episode.

Why was Carrie always working at home late in the evening or in bed?

No discredit to her job but she was a legal secretary/assistant, yet she is always working at home and late at night. What was she possibly doing when her job seemed to largely be answering calls and getting food for the boss?

Halloween

Even though it's stated they never celebrated Halloween, with all of Arthur's outbursts, I think that episode where he forbids the holiday in a house he doesn't pay bills in he would be in a retirement home that same night and Carrie would join him since she *even though they don't celebrate it* never said hey don't put up Halloween decorations my dad will fly off the handle...but that's only if I lived in the fictional Heffernan house

Doug & Arthur
Doug & Carrie

Arthur & Deacon
Spence & Danny or another pair?

Started season 2 on Netflix and it just keeps getting funnier. This show has completely won me over! 😂

I'm up to Episode 12 now and I swear every episode has at least one scene that has me laughing out loud.

Some of my favourites so far:

Doug stapling himself in the shorts and then trying to act like nothing happened while sweating through a meeting at the bank. 😭

The motorcycle episode. Doug couldn't even ride the thing properly and kept crashing into the fridge, while Carrie decided to get revenge by taking up smoking.

Arthur casually going through Carrie's handbag every time she left the room.

Doug and Carrie trying to get the godparent role back at the baptism.

The TV disappearing from the garage, only for it to turn out Carrie left the garage door open all night. Doug's reaction was priceless.

The Marvin Gaye song playing over and over during the double date at the hotel. Doug getting progressively more irritated made it even funnier.

The bowling episode has to be my favourite so far. Arthur blaming Doug for everything, Doug bowling terribly while everyone else was getting strikes, and then launching the ball across the alley in the final round had me crying with laughter. 😂

Doug getting stuck in the attic after Ray Barone lifted him up there and then realising... now what? 💀

Doug, Carrie and Arthur have such great chemistry, and Arthur might honestly be one of the funniest sitcom characters I've watched in a long time. As a matter of fact, they're all funny.

Hornstein?

We know Carrie works at Kaplan and Hornstein. We know Mr. Kaplan. Have we ever met Mr. Hornstein? I don’t recall seeing that Hornstein in any episodes.
