Why do people try to say prison isn't that bad?

I've never been to prison. However, I see in any true crime documentary comment section.

Always "its not that bad they get tablets "

I mean people tell me.... because I genuinely don't know if these people just don't know what they're talking about.

However, my cousin tells me its horrible and she is barely holding it together.

Any insight would be helpful.

Like not a broad accusation. Can anyone give a specfic incident. Date and time of offense (which are needed for any conviction)

The evidence that exists for it. The specfic felony charge, the statute of limitations on said crime. What jurisdiction is occurred in.

(And mind Georgia j6 and having the files in Florida cant be brought against him due to double jeopardy laws/being dismissed and time limit on bringing them back being expired)
