Annoyed rant incoming: As a usertester for probably 5+ years, somehow every single year the platform outdoes itself and manages to get worse.
I've had numerous issues over the past week (and year) on UserTesting and now Intellizoom's mobile app, desktop, extension crashing, random audio issues, studies simply not working, they disappear, clients have insane demands for 45-60 minute tests, live conversations "reschedule" day of then cancel immediately with no repercussion, broken screeners, shit-ass $1 "tests" that plague the dashboard, the ever buggy "Surveys and more", and the list goes on.
And yet this company continues to acquire more sites under its name. I'd be genuinely embarrassed if I were a customer of theirs
