Private citizen pothole repair
Just a general inquiry on pothole repair. There’s an absolute car wrecker pothole on Main Street heading towards 70th. With Hawley closed and traffic rerouted I take main every day to access the north side of Hawley. Saw a SUV nail the pothole and his entire tire/axel snapped off with fluid leaking everywhere. It’s claimed a few cars the last few weeks.
My question is could people end up just getting cold patch and filling a pothole or is that illegal/violation. I feel like the city is really falling behind on trouble spots

Just want to say how good of a ROI a 3d printer has been. Found a very mid priced flash forge and the amount of time, gas, ordering, etc to print and kitbash multiple 3d prints allows me to have a passive hobby (print time) and really enjoy the process of planning and implementing

Layout planning
Picked an insane amount of HO stuff over the weekend in Madison, cleaned a few things (very quick) and this Chattanooga just cranked right up. It blows my mind how resilient this stuff is. Planning a way more condensed layout and the ability to add on as kids leave the house.
