Being a vegetarian. Wanted to gain 100 gm of protein on a daily basis.
I am a 28-year-old male working . I live away from my parents and don't really know how to cook. Recently, I found ready-to-drink Yoga Bar protein shakes on Blinkit, which offer 26g of protein per 250ml bottle. Is it okay to rely on these pre-made shakes for convenience, or should I stick to making my own at home using protein powders from brands like Avvatar or The Whole Truth?
