It’s getting hot in here (am I going to burn my house down?)
Two nights ago we had an arc fault in the middle of the night which cut power to our bedroom. I strongly suspected the BedJet as not much else was running.
Last night I watched it closely. It was 70 degrees in the bedroom. I selected the heat cycle and the BedJet temperature immediately went through the roof. It shouldn’t go above 104 no matter what and if I set it to 89 it should have stopped there.
There’s no way it could be 114 within 6 seconds…is there? Is the sensor malfunctioning? Is something malfunctioning and really heating up that fast? Have been using this for a year and this is the first time this has happened.
