any recommendations for best online bank to use, apart from Revolut?

Hello everyone! I have been working in Qatar for few years now and accumulated a bit huge amount of Qatari money from my salary. Now i am moving back to Europe, transfe this money to my EUR account can lose me a lot of money just for the conversion rate. Any body has some ideas and experiences on the best way how to convert my hard earned money without getting stabbed by the conversion rates?
