Belly should have spent more time truly single than 6 weeks
It was crazy to hear that she'd never slept in a bed alone before. (I'm assuming that she's counting since she started dating jeremiah)
Also for those months in between the failed wedding and new years when she started dating benito, "she wasn't a nun" as per her own words.
So ever since she was 16, the only time she was truly not entangled with a man was the 6 week period in between breaking up with benito and reuniting with conrad.
I feel like Jenny should have given belly more time on her own to truly discover herself. Maybe even some therapy sessions to unpack her psychological state over the years. That level of denial and gaslighting doesn't go away on its own.
This would also allow her to meet conrad at the same level of healing and would probably make the conversation they had in 3x11 after they got together much healthier.
