Recently I have purchased mobile from Amazon with exchange option , The mobile could not be exchanged and I had paid the balance amount in cash to delivery boy and he handed over me the phone.
Now the problem is that i had paid the amount via Credit Card and has only payment proof of the amout i paid via cc , I need total payment proof including the cash i paid as I have to give proof of the same to my employer.
Amazon is denying that they can not share any reciept.
What to do now?
Is there any way to get my Amazon Order invoice corrected , Actually I want to modify the name on the invoice , it’s spelled wrong. Amazon Customer care is denying.
What can be done ? Should I cancel the order and order a new one or send a mail for the correction. If they don’t correct it it will create an issue for me financially.
