I got the Kyleena IUD in September of 2025, I’ve had periods regularly but am late this month. I have been active and am afraid that unsafe sex has gotten me pregnant. I have taken 2 tests, one invalid, one negative. Has anyone had any similar experiences? I’m really nervous

Ever since I got my IUD in September of 2025 i’ve had my period every month, this month i’m late but tests are coming back negative. I have been active but i’m a bit worried.. anyone else have experienced similar?
