I have my two pileas and they are both growing but not ful and beautifully. I use a grow light and they get 3500-4000 LUX from 0600-1900. I water them once the soild gets dry. I use liquid fertilizer when I water them. The first plant the leaves turn yellow but take forever to fall off. They both have curved leaves no matter how far back or close I put them to the grow light. First three images are the first plant.
Can anyone give me tips on how to improve the quality of life for my plant? The leaves have been getting lighter. It has new growth and a bunch of new babies. I did report it into a bigger pot. But nothing is improving the color and the growth of the leaves. Also, the leaves are curling inward, so I backed it up from the grow light, but they are still curved.
I got her apr 27 and this is her now im very happy with the progress ♥️🙌🏽 im thinking of repotting her, what do you guys think?🤔
My Tibouchina plant has these balls I just noticed. I cant wipe them off and when I run my nail through they dont come off. Is this normal? Is there something wrong with my plant? He sits on the windowsill under a grow light. I water him every couple of days when my app tells me too.
My Tibouchina grandifolia leaves are dying off. Is this because of overwatering? He lives on my kitchen counter under a grow light. When I first got him his leaves got really dry and crispy because I wasnt watering him often enough. So now as soon as the soil dries I water him and he has been growing. However, I watered him recently and I dont think he liked it because some leaves are dying off. Also he did have a meely bug situation but I was spraying his leaves w neem oil to kill them off but I dont think it was that because the other leaves did not turn yellow.
My baby is growing but she naked at the bottom. Should I chop or should I leave her be? If you guys do recommend chopping would I put her in water or straight into soil?
