Advice please... I’ve been asked to help look into loyalty/rewards programs for our brand, and I’m curious what people think brands usually get wrong with them.

As a customer loads of them feel either

- too complicated

- impossible to earn anything useful from

- or just constant discount pushing

It feels like everyone launches one because every other brand has one now, but I’m not convinced many are actually good. Would love to hear from people who’ve worked on one before because I’m still trying to get my head around what actually matters.
