Who is this artist? Help!!
I love this painting but I don't know the artist and the signature is too hard to decipher.
The back is blank, so no clues there. It came to me in Arizona but I don't know if that means it is an Arizona artist. Certainly, it is not an Arizona subject. More like a scene in England.
