I released my first album this week from my solo project Dream I Die. FFO: Lamb of God, Machine Head, Gojira.
Hey all, I just released my first album this week after a year of trying to find a style to nail down and be consistent with. This has been something I've been working towards for quite a long time since I actually went to music school a little over a decade, but instead of going straight into music I went into management to get some stability in my life after taking on so much debt.
At 35 years old I'm now just getting back into the full swing of music production and attempting this journey by myself currently. I have a lot of ideas that I plan to execute on in future years so I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I started out as a drummer playing in a power metal band, went to college for percussion/voice, and then recently picked up guitar a few years ago. Lyrically I'm compelled to write about anything philosophical so a lot of that is featured on this album.

For anyone that's younger: keep going. It doesn't matter what age you start this journey at. I always feel like I'm starting so late, but ultimately it doesn't matter. Consistency and a growth mindset can get you pretty far.
Vocals & guitars are all recorded. Bass and drums are programmed. Mix, master, and artwork were also done by myself. If anyone has any questions, or feedback, feel free to let me know! I want to help others, and I appreciate any feedback so I can grow as an artist.
