New Wave Mic Arm Pro creaking and squeaking

I just recently got myself the Wave Mic Arm Pro for my SM7b microphone and noticing a big amount of creaking and squeaking when turning the boom arm horizontally.

I don't feel like this is normal for a brand new unboxing?

Wave Link 3 keeps bugging out USB microphones and the opportunity to create new input channels

This has been going on for too long on pretty much all versions of Wave Link 3 since i first adopted to it.

I have a wireless microphone Hollyland Lark M2S added as any regular microphones you would add to Wave Link 3, and out of nowhere one day it just shows up as Unavailable in Wave Link 3 even though i literally did nothing new, and it works fine in Windows.
I've talked to my friends lately who also adopted to Wave Link 3 who have regular USB microphones and suddenly they just have to add their microphone again because the same thing happens to them, so clearly I'm not the only one who has experienced this...

The biggest problem I have when this happens to me is that I can remove the Unavailable input channel and try to add my microphone back, but then I suddenly get stuck with only being able to delete input channels and not create any new channels what so ever.
This issue is driving me crazy and has happened on 3 of my devices running Windows 11 so far.

The only way I can solve this is by completely reinstalling Wave Link 3 when this happens, and start everything from scratch because Wave Link 3 STILL does not offer any way to backup any of your settings which I know is planned, but really should have been a part of release because of how important such a feature is for people who take their audio setup seriously.

I know Wave Link 3 has a lot of issues to people when Wave Link 2 was so solid, but this just adds to the pile of problems people already has. I'm glad i haven't gotten rid of my XLR Dock Mk.1 yet because I know i have the opportunity to go back to Wave Link 2 with it, and have a happy time again.
