Before I came to Germany I was setting up an Expatrio account for both my health insurance and blocked account. I picked private health insurance as it was the cheapest option, not knowing the difference. Now that I'm in Germany, I realised that's a mistake! I had a bike accident and had to pay for the treatment myself and am waiting for my insurance provider to pay me back. Is there any way I can switch to public?

Edit: After reading the comments, I understand that it’s to change back (at least for now while I’m still studying) but I will try the Teilzeit option if I get the chance. Thank you all for the responses!
