I noticed we have around 600 employees under the list of recruiters under Assignable roles and yet only one employee keeps getting assigned as the recruiter to all job requisitions created. Below is how the roles are assigned. How do we fix it so that the right employee is picked up.

The location hierarchy(Region) is configured as "Current Organization and All Subordinates"

FYI, Looks like this employee is an contingent worker and they were assigned the role through inheritance.

The R&O team observed an issue with the “Send Back” option in Workday Recruit. When a recruiter redirects an offer letter back to R&O for revision, and R&O subsequently sends the revised offer letter back to the recruiter for approval, the recruiter is unable to view the offer to complete their signature. This happens often.

Why does this happen and is there a way to fox it?

Why does this happen and is there a way to fox it?

An employee recently made a change to their Payment election(fields to fill were IBAN number). I am guessing there is a process running to fetch and fill the back details. Their preferred language is Spanish. They are still seeing their old BankName under their worker profile but IBAN number field is updated with the new one. When we change the preferred language to English, the BankName and IBAN are updated to the new values.

How do we fix the issue and make sure that the values automatically flow to all the other languages?
