It seems like there is no info on the call posted yet, so here is my summary:

Company HQ has moved to Delaware US a while ago, so payments go via Stripe US. Healthcare stuff should still be/continue to be in EU, so no changes to prescription
Recently there were delays with prescriptions due to high number of new customers, they have hired more staff to address that
Move has been done due to Malta becoming trans-hostile and reversing their promise to nt apply VAT or something like that. (I read it as tax optimization tbh)
Discord will be shut down in favor of some of their in-house solution with good encryption (I'd not trust that encryption part, you can not develop secure solution with like three IT staff, just my though as IT myself)
Most of the talk was heated back and forth about where the data will be (they promise in EU), will it be GDPR compliant (probably yes, but not so convincing) and about firing some staff member who has publicly posted about disagreement with the move.
They have plans B, C etc in case if US will go after them to keep service going (no details)

My personal take - company still does its service (providing HRT), so I am OK with it. Move to US is, in my personal opinion, a mistake and make them more risky. Not that we have many alternatives.

Company is still very much run and strictly controlled by Zofia - even though she said that decisions are discussed on the meetings, also she has the last word and really the mood of the meeting was that she still has steel grip on everything - my impression.

All in all, I do not like what is happening, but I am going to keep using it so far 😄

Edit: Subscription price will go to 22 EUR and will be yearly adjusted by inflation.
