Network went down yesterday around 7:30p on 7/4/26. I’ve searched to inquire about issue, but I keep seeing no issues reported. On the Xfinity app, I get one of two info alerts. It’s either all services are running and modem is offline, or I receive an outage reported. When selecting outage map, it only shows my location being out. My network is still down. When the app shows outage as the cause, it says as soon as possible as when it will be restored. This is happening in Maryland.
