Whats the fixed CTC range for ML11? Looks like HR is lowballing me
For CL11 role, HR is giving me 10.8 LPA (fixed) and 21% variable, telling it's the max they can give for this position. It's around 27% hike from my previous fixed component. But if I see overall hike (fixed+variable), it's only 15% and HR it's saying its the maximum budget they have for this role level. How can I negotiate further? Can they change the level to C10? How can I make it at least 13 LPA (fixed) and overall hike to 30%
