He feels like he does a lot of damage now especially early with his chaos meteors, has crazy cc with ice wall which slows you so much even if you touch it for 1 millisecond, and its really hard to shut him down because he farms so fast and can cut waves so easily with ghost walk. Additionally, if he loses lane or if his team is losing he can just bullshit splitpush with his ghost walk, meteor hammer, and forge spirits which actually do crazy damage to buildings due to minus armor. Very hard to catch him on the sidelanes with his crazy movespeed on ghostwalk and vast array of cc to escape. Seems to me his kit is very overloaded this patch with damage, utility, etc. all of which are incredibly strong.
