Best IWB holsters for compact CZ 75 D PCR?

was looking at vedder, but I heard some bad things. this is a pcr right?

CZ 75 compact mag extension?

I’ve seen the CZ Custom +4 extension with the +10 spring (do you have to use the +10 spring?), but I’m wondering if there are any other options for the compact (15 round magazines). I have one black follower mag and 2 blue follower mags. Anyone done the warne +4?
