Microsoft is refusing to give me my account back.
Basically what the title says. I've had my Xbox account going on 15 or more years and I can no longer sign into it at all. I no longer have access to my recovery email as 2FA has already screwed me over with that, I don't have access to the phone number on my account because I'm not even living in the same damn country, and all the recovery questions are asking me about when and where I created my account as if I'd remember exactly what my address and zip code were on the exact date I created it when I was 7, not to mention it "recommends" using a familiar wifi connection. Yeah let me fly back across the world, set up my old wifi network and make sure it has the same IP address so I can SIGN IN. This has been over a year and a half of my trying to get this stupid account back so I can access my stuff I spent my own money on. I've gotten nothing but a middle finger and a puff of dirt as Microsoft just runs away laughing at me with my money and has the AUDACITY to give me a stupid AI chatbot that I'm sure knows more about Internet porn than it does about how to help me. ATP I'm just stuck. What do I do and does anyone have an email or phone number where I can talk to a real human about this because if I get stuck with another bot I'm going to shove my fist through my house.
